Even in the music video, you could sense something was wrong with the future for Game in his tenure with G-Unit. One interview on Power 105 spilled out into a very controversial incident at the Hot 97 offices, and ultimately ended the relationship with Game and 50 Cent forever. However, before these two ended their music relationship; they managed to create one of the most inspirational tracks from The Game’s debut solo album The Documentary.
The single was so big, 50 Cent even did a G-Unit remix with Tony Yayo, Young Buck & Lloyd Banks specifically for his album after the beef spilled out, due to the single’s success. We just wish the two could’ve waited until after The Massacre to have their beef, with “Hate It Or Love It” seeing limited live performances from the two.
