Basement Jaxx – Scars (feat. Meleka & Chipmunk)
Arguably one of the most iconic electronic acts of the past 20 years, Basement Jaxx have made their mark in several difference areas of electronic music. House, dance and garage are all familiar terms with the UK pair. Their 2009 album took a world music approach by bringing in sounds and artists from across the planet, and the titled track “Scars” features Kelis, Meleka and Chipmunk.
