Nearly a year into promotions, Toronto artist P. Reign finally releases his long-awaited third mixtape Dear America. The Reps-Up and OVO representative is releasing an official EP this September 9 on iTunes with all new material, but provides fan a free mixtape with a few tracks we’ve heard. The new project arrives with only one feature seen from French Montana.
