PARTYNEXTDOOR this summer?
It’s been well over a year since listeners have received an official PARTYNEXTDOOR project, but the Ontarian singer-songwriter and producer gave us an appetizer last fall with 7 new cuts premiered on OVO Sound Radio. PND took to social media Monday night to thank Rihanna and Drake for the opportunity at achieving his first no. 1 record as a songwriter for their new single “Work” – showing a behind-the-scenes look into their studio session. He also confirmed that music content was on the way with an official album announcement, vaguely saying coming soon.
This comes just a few weeks after TM88 had to sadly confirm that the collaborative PND project Party at 8 was scrapped – but we’re at least relived at upcoming new music from the OVO artist. Whether or not the new effort will be titled PARTYNEXTDOOR 3 to complete his trilogy remains a mystery; but for now, you can take a look at the video and caption below.
