The Internet bassist Patrick Paige II has announced that he’ll be releasing his debut solo album titled Letters of Irrelevance on May 18th.
As an introduction, the Los Angeles artist is sharing a video for his new single “On My Mind/Charge It to the Game,” which features both Syd and Kari Faux. The clip is directed by Topshelf Junior, and finds Patrick rapping a letter to his sister after their mom passed away.
“I wrote this song for my sister sometime a couple years ago,” Patrick says. “During our falling out for the first year and a half after our mother’s passing, things were pretty rough between us.”
