Most would know him as Eminem‘s manager, but Paul Rosenberg is a man of man hats. He is the President of Shady Records, he is the founder and CEO of Goliath Artists Inc. management firm, he is a producer on SiriusXM’s Shade45 and worked on films like 8 Mile and Southpaw and even been involved in TV shows like VICELAND’s Fuck, That’s Delicious.
Now, Rosenberg will have another gig in the new year: the CEO of Def Jam Records. It will take place in 2018, taking over Steve Bartels’ current position as he remains with the company through the rest of the year to help aid the transition.
How the roster will shake up as a result of the news remains to be seen, but we’re sure plenty of changes are coming for the label who houses names like 2 Chainz, Kanye West, Big Sean and more.
