Pell has been dropping off loose tracks all year, in the midst of touring across the US and Europe. Now, he’s announced the title of his new album Limbo, a 10-track project that will be available November 6th on Federal Prism Records. The first single “Café Du Monde,” named after a restaurant in New Orleans, is out today and was produced by label founder and TV on the Radio member Dave Sitek.
