Yesterday marked the 8th anniversary in the passing of legendary Detroit producer, J. Dilla. Last Friday, we celebrated his contributions to hip-hop with a brief look into some of our favorite records he produced over the years. One artist who’s not letting Dilla’s legacy fade away is Phife Diggy, who releases a music visual for an ode to his late friend with “Dear Dilla.”
Much like the sadly demise of Jay, it’s no secret that Phife has been dealing with health issues of his own over the years and shows his constant battle and struggling with staying away from sugar foods; in an ATCQ setting.
