Ciara may have given us the “Level Up” last year but Popcaan is too and he’s on the opposite spectrum musically compared to her. On his track, he slows the tempo down and comes on the more hopeful and motivational side of things, in what seems a new lease on life after getting out of prison. Musically, he’s on a run and doesn’t seem to be slowing down any time soon.
