Pablo Honey lives
Prince is infamous for not wanting his material on the Internet. More than most. It hasn’t been until recently, that he’s used the techniques of the world wide web to his advantage, but today marks a historic advancement in his coping with the digital age.
The legendary R&B singer was seen tweeting out his mythical cover of Radiohead‘s “Creep,” live at Coachella back in 2008, which was aggressively taken down multiple times over the years. Even Thom Yorke and company (who have their own beef with streaming services and part of the online world) were shocked at Prince’s tactics. So much that they have granted the permission for this video to live, handing out the subtle ether in the process.

“Well, tell him to unblock it. It’s our … song.” -Thom Yorke
Someone tell Prince that the Internet will always win.
