Prince gives the best SNL performance in ages.
Last night, Saturday Night Live held one of its more anticipated episodes of the season, with Chris Rock making his first appearance on the live sketch comedy series in nearly a decade. While Rock was on hand to co-promote his upcoming JAY Z and Kanye West-produced film Top Five, he endured one of the worst episodes in the show’s 40 year history. The highlight of the night by far was Prince, but even the legendary inventor of “sexy” couldn’t save the night. However, that doesn’t mean he didn’t have one of the greatest performances we’ve witnessed for SNL, which he was joined by Lianne La Havas and 3rdEyeGirl for an 8-minute medley of hits.
