With The Purple One gone, we have vaults of music that has yet to be released to the public. One of those projects is this Welcome 2 America effort, which finds Prince on a more political and woke side. A few of the singles released have been different sounds, so expect more of that for this. Although it’s not actually know why the album was shelved and never saw the light of day, Prince did name a tour after it.
Either way, longtime fans can enjoy some posthumous grooves from the legend now.
