Pusha T has been all over NYC these past couple of days promoting his new album My Name Is My Name. His media tour continued when he dropped by Hip-Hop Nation for an interview where he spoke on the project, his Play Clothes line and what it was like being in Paris while Kanye West was recording Yeezus.
The part of the interview that will get the most attention was when they got Pusha to speak on Lil Wayne’s recent mixtape Dedication 5. Pusha briefly talked about his tweet that many thought was directed at Wayne, and then straight out called the mixtape “trash” live on air. We will have to see how that one goes over with Weezy and company, or if anyone from YMCMB will even care to respond (we’re looking at you, Jae Millz).
