Redman is back and he means business. Today, he’s sharing a video for “Ya!” off Muddy Waters Too, the sequel to his 1996 album.
The fast visual finds Redman stunting with a crew of guys and female dancers, and acknowledging the game that changed everything for him: hip-hop. “I’m in Manhattan with my roof missin’, lookin’ like Simmons in the El Dorado Russell put me on,” Red raps on the record. “We worldwide, my name tatted on your girl thigh.”
Redman directed it alongside Andrew Listermann, too.
