Remembering Stack Bundles

Normally, we dread this day every year from being around the early Stack Bundles movement and knowing how big his career was going to be. However, when we hear his musical stylings, it puts a smile not only our faces, but also the streets.

Before names among the boroughs surfaced in the likes of French Montana, Troy Ave, A$AP Mob and his comrade Chinx, Stack Bundles was laying down foundation for the city. Unlike others out at the time not embracing the other regions (or the South in particular), Stacks and his Riot Squad / Byrd Gang collective would spread their wings from the streets of Far Rockaway to develop a heavy underground buzz nationwide, which was on its way to mainstream. With today marking the 7th anniversary of Stack’s passing, we provide another compilation of sounds for fans to reminisce with some of their favorites from Pyrex Stack.
