Welcome home TRU!
In 2009, the career and life of Roberto Guzmán Rosado, Jr., better known to the rap world as Tru Life, came to an immediate halt. The native of the Lower East Side Manhattan, was arrested with his brother at the time, after a lobby altercation that resulted in a man losing his life – due to injuries.
The story hasn’t been put out to the public, we’re sure Tru York will have a chance to speak on the situation in the future, after he’s released from prison in two weeks. One of his peers, Dren Starr, posted an Instagram picture revealing that Roc-A-Fella rapper is set to finally leave his maximum security state prison environments of Clinton Correctional Facility in the coming days.
While Saigon, JAY Z or his other peers have yet to comment on the news, we’re sure they’ll be welcoming home their long-time comrade back home after his nearly seven year bid.
Take a look at the announcement below and look for the return of the Ghetto Inmates.
