For those of you not too in tune with the Rolling Stones catalog and/or the upcoming movie A Bigger Splash, this St. Vincent cover of “Emotional Rescue” might wake you up. Even if you’re not a fan of Annie Clark, the fact that Terrace Martin and Sounwave produced the track should peak your curiosity. The two are better known for working with Kendrick Lamar, but they have come together for this soundtrack record and it pays off. Just peep Terrace jamming out on the saxophone in the background.
