Saint Pepsi
New York producer Saint Pepsi quickly came to our attention this year with a collection of superb singles, along with with his Gin City EP. As a member of Carpark Records, it’s heard not to compare him to Toro Y Moi; the difference is, his sound feels like more of a disco influence. Much like the tracks, his past two videos for “Fall Harder” and “Fiona Coyne” were based on opposite stages of companionship. If his upcoming project sounds anything like these, chance are it will be special.
