With the tragic and untimely passing of Nipsey Hussle still weighing heavy in our hearts, LAPD have identified a suspect in connection to the murder.
29 year old Eric Holder has been named prime suspect in a statement, which claims he and Nip had gotten in an argument shortly before the shooting. LAPD says Holder shot at Hussle and two other men in the incident, all of which were transported to the hospital. Nipsey did not survive, taking shots to the torso and the head. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
According to police, immediately after the shooting, Holder ran to a nearby alley and was picked up by a female driver in a Chevy Cruze. Details of who the “unidentified” woman have not surfaced, as the LAPD continues investigating the nature of the shooting and who was involved.

Last night, a vigil was held outside the Marathon Clothing store in honour of Nipsey, but was interrupted by a crowd of people running away from the attack. Apparently, people thought shots were fired and got spooked, quickly causing chaos at the scene. It was reported that there was a man who was stabbed and there were trampling related incidents.
