Yesterday, DJ MLK and DJ Scream released the official 2013 BET Hip-Hop Awards mixtape for the event that went down last weekend in Atlanta. On the mixtape, DJ MLK of the Hustle Gang opened things up with a brand new track from the Kang, T.I.P. entitled “My Potna.” In recent months since the release of Trouble Man, he’s been on the quiet tip (no pun intended) for releases to let his Hustle Gang comrades shine in the likes of Young Dro, Trae Tha Truth, and Doe B among others. While the King’s been in preparations to film ATL 2, we’re assuming this track is a joint that won’t make his “Trouble Man II: He Who Wears the Crown” when it releases next year.
