R&B super collective TGT (Tyrese, Ginuwine & Tank), were next to visit “The World’s Most Dangerous Morning Show”, The Breakfast Club. The group’s debut project “Three Kings” released yesterday, which they were on promo run in the city for the project.
In the interview, the three discuss why they came together to save the genre of traditional R&B stating they wanted to see the music without rappers featured. The three would discuss their brotherhood touring together and funny stage moments they shared so far while on tour. Things closed out with Ginuwine discussing on if he was okay with Drake and Chris Brown using Aaliyah for records; which he was initially angered by the situation, but realized he did it to legends coming up himself.
Tyrese would also touch on the three making believable R&B and being vulnerable with significant other; as well as Kendrick Lamar’s “Control” verse. Be sure to pick up “Three Kings” available on iTunes now, and check after the jump to watch the interview.
