Thank God for this Hip-Hop bracket, because now it gives us an excuse to post one of our favorite, if not our absolute favorite, podcast of the week. After narrowing down the selections and getting the first round underway, there were some all-time groups that went down. We even witness a shocker this week, but there can only be one winner.
Unfortunately the Clipse, Dipset, Naughty by Nature, Digital Underground, Three-6-Mafia, UGK, The Fugees all fell in the first round of the tournament. Now we’re moving on the sweet sixteen where the competition is even more fierce.
For round two, they have some extremely close matchups on deck, including The Roots vs. A Tribe Called Quest, Outkast vs. Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Cypress Hill vs. Geto Boys and Public Enemy vs. Blackstar. There could be a share of upsets in this round and a few of some of the groups that could have made it to the Final Four will sadly be eliminated. You can cast your vote HERE.
