New Music from The Arcs
Even though their Yours, Dreamily album came out in September, The Arcs are still busy releasing new music at any chance they get. It makes sense, though, considering they’ve been recording together behind the scenes for years. The latest song from Dan Auerbach and the band is called “Lake Superior,” inspired by the Netflix documentary series Making a Murderer.
It’s like Billy Childish says, “We live in troubled times”. Last week, we got a sneak peek at what goes on behind the curtains of our criminal justice system. A few sleepless nights later we gathered in the studio and wrote this song. Written, recorded, mixed and mastered in 2 days.
The track will be available to download soon, with all proceeds going to The Innocence Project to assist prisoners who could be proven innocent through DNA testing.
