With his new 3-hour documentary mini-series, Streets of Compton, currently airing on A+E Network, The Game is readying a compilation album for a release this July 17th. The Los Angeles rapper, along with many people in the streets on all four sides of the neighborhood, want to get their story out about how the government ruined their peaceful residence with violence and drugs.
Ahead of part three’s official airing later this week, we receive the next pre-single from the album, as Chuck Taylor discusses the history of the biggest black owned label (see: Suge Knight) west of the Mississippi in “Death Row Chain.” After you listen to Game share his revelations of wanting to live like Makaveli 20 years ago, look for Streets of Compton, the album, out this Friday.
