This is just phase one of the case with 40 Glocc & The Game

Last week, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Susan Bruguera found Jayceon ‘The Game’ Taylor guilty of assaulting Lawrence ‘40 Glocc’ White. The G-Unit affiliated rapper originally was looking to sue for $4.5 million for pain, suffering, emotional distress and various other stuff.

However, that multi-million dollar suit has now been marginalized for the Bompton rapper to just pay $3,000 for his role in the 2012 battery incident. Mr. White even testified during hearings, citing Jayceon pulled out a handgun, with a bullet in the chamber and threatened him off-camera.

With Judge Bruguera ruling battery against The Game, he’ll now have to return to court on January 14th for a second phase of the trail, to determine whether he’ll have to pay $2 million for punitive damages. Take a look at the demands 40 Glocc has been fighting for in court below.

Original breakdown of the case:

— $500,000 in pain and suffering
— $500,000 in emotional distress
— $750,000 in lost earnings
— $2 million for punitive damages
— $25,000 in medical expenses
— Various other stuff
