Pharrell
Hands down, Pharrell has been the busiest man in music in 2013. After somewhat of a hiatus in the music industry, while still remaining quite relevant, Pharrell brought a special sound to 2013 that not many other artists were able to captivate. Records from Robin Thicke, Jay Z, Mayer Hawthorne, Nelly, Miley Cyrus, Beyonce, John Legend, Kelly Rowland, and Pusha T all had Pharrell’s magic touch on them, and that’s only naming a few. As Pharrell moves into 2014, he is also Executive Producing T.I.’s forthcoming album, and Mac Miller’s “Pink Slime” is also on the way thanks to Mr. Williams, it doesn’t look like he intends on taking a break.
