Earlier this week, ILOVEMAKONNEN opened up on his forthcoming Drink More Water 6 project, and dropped a bomb shell. The Atlanta singer-rapper confirmed that OVO Sound was working on a collaborative album, and said he was just waiting to work with Drake and 40 to complete his upcoming major debut effort – once their Views From The 6 scheduling is finalized.
Today, he was back in the eye of the media on Huff Post Live and talked his recent weight loss and music. This led to him confirm that the Toronto-based imprint indeed was working on the album, as we can expect PARTYNEXTDOOR, Majid Jordan, Roy Wood$ and others to have contributions to the project. While he didn’t confirm who was involved, he said the project was finished and arrive as early as this October. Take a look at the full interview below.
