“Get top on the phone”
Earlier this weekend, Top Dawg Entertainment President, Dave Free, hit up the social media world to send out a mysterious tweet – saying “09.02.16 #TDE.” Mr. Free wouldn’t go into details on whether or not this was a release date announcement for a new project or single from the Los Angeles camp; but many are anticipating it could be the efforts from Ab-Soul and Isaiah Rashad.
Last June, Soulo confirmed he had submitted his album track list, as Top Dawg formally revealed a few days prior that Rashad’s project was currently being mixed.
With Schoolboy Q’s Blank Face LP and Kendrick Lamar’s untitled unmastered. headlining the label before the fourth quarter, we’re sure listeners are still awaiting information on SZA’s A project, as well as Lance Skiiiwalker’s Introverted Intuition. Peep the tweet below and hit the comments.
