Rappers & vehicles pretty much go hand in hand, which is why we have started a new series on OnSMASH titled The Ride Out, where rappers will break down some of their favorite cars. Some may be one’s they own, others may be their dream ride. Either way, we’ll get their thoughts on what they like to cruise in when they’re not in the booth.
For our first edition, we caught up with Big Boi out at the Redbull Studios in Los Angeles to get his opinion on his favorite ride and it turns out we’ve already seen it in one of his videos. Check out what Mr. Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors had to say.
“79 Cadillac Seville, definitely. Classic. I guess I like to ride old school sometimes –I actually own one, it’s in my mother’s garage right now. I haven’t driven it in a while because I’ve been in the studio —it’s actually a canary yellow, the one from the “So Fresh, So Clean” video. I haven’t drove it in a long time.”
