The Like – Wishing He Was Dead
You might well mistaken The Like for a ‘60s girl band at first, but in fact, their two albums were released within the past 10 years. Mark Ronson gave the Los Angeles ladies a chance to display more talent on their second studio effort, Release Me, which was released back in 2010. If there’s one example of how their acquainted sound panned, “Wishing He Was Dead” was a prime moment. Like much of Ronson’s work, his presence has been made in the shadows, and his work across the entirety of their project isn’t noted to many.
