The Weeknd‘s new album After Hours has debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 chart with the biggest sales week of 2020.
The project managed to move a total of 444,000 units in its first week. Of that figure, 275,000 were pure album sales, 163,000 were streaming equivalent units (220.7 million on-demand streams) and 6,000 were track equivalent units.
In comparison, his last full-length album Starboy also debuted at number one with 348,000 units back in 2016.
