Ahead of the much anticipated release of Thundercat and Flying Lotus’ joint project later this year, the pair have decided to give us a taste of what they have to offer with a fresh new sound at hand. Their latest offering titled “Oh Sheit It’s X” is as funky as you’d expect from the Brainfeeder representatives, arriving in perfect timing for the summer months to come into full effect. The vocals are smooth and production contains a mixed range of uplifting textures, setting themselves up perfectly for their brand new album Apocalypse, which is set to be released digitally on June 4th.
