In the past year Timbaland has helmed The 20/20 Experience, Magna Carta Holy Grail, BEYONCÉ, and Michael Jackson’s popular 2nd posthumous album, Xscape. The legendary VA producer sits down with REVOLTV to discuss his forthcoming album Opera Noir.
Before doing so however, he talks the Xscape album and reflecting back on previous relationships with Aaliyah and Static Major, helping him through the creation process of recording for the KING. Timbo went on to cite the album as a stepping stone to help create ideas from experiences for Opera Noir. He felt the upcoming album would be his own version of the Chronic, which you can watch the sit-down below after the jump.
