Toro Y Moi came out of nowhere earlier this month with the release of the surprise mixtape Samantha, which tapped into a more hip-hop landscape. Back like it never happened, he returns to his album What For? for his “Half Dome” music video, directed by R. Adam Prieto. While hiking at Half Dome Mountain, he met the director and got him to direct a new visual, capturing the landscape in Yosemite Valley.
