Travis Scott Responds to 2021 ASTROWORLD Tragedy, Is Being Sued

Over the weekend, Travis Scott kicked off his 2021 ASTROWORLD Festival in Houston and things went wrong. Eight people died when fans rushed the stage while Trav hit the stage leading to utter chaos and mayhem. 300 more were injured at the event and reports have been flying out ever since telling what happened.

From people being trampled to someone injecting people with drugs that could have triggered cardiac arrest, either way, it’s not a good look for La Flame, Live Nation or anyone involved. in the festival this past weekend

With Day 2 of the festivities officially cancelled, there are now 14 lawsuits against Scott (also naming Drake and Live Nation) as a result of the incidents.

On top of that, Travis is willing to pay for the funerals of the eight fans who died at his ASTROWORLD Festival on Friday night. Below you will find the names of those who passed (ranging from ages 14-27), as released by the City of Houston:

Roddy Ricch, who performed at the event, said he would donate his earnings from the festival to the families of the victims involved in the tragedy.

Scott has also decided to cancel his performance at Day N Vegas Festival in Las Vegas in the wake of this weekend’s events, which he was headlining.
