Troy Ave Speaks on Irving Plaza & Holiday Shootings
While Troy Ave is finally adjusting to becoming a celebrity, he has a few tales to get off his chest. Later this week, the Brooklyn rapper will be releasing the second installment of his Dope Boy Troy street album series; and is tackling some similar events that happened to Tupac Shakur.
Ave is dubbing himself NuPac, after being shot, arrested and placed in jail for a few months; which coincidentally was exactly twenty years after the Bay Area legend’s passing. Luckily, he survived the multiple attempts on his life and lives to tell about it in his DBT2 project on April 14th.
