After a three-year hiatus, TV On The Radio have finally returned with their fifth studio album, Seeds. The project, entirely produced by band member Dave Sitek, is available to stream in full, ahead of release next week. It was recorded in the Federal Prism studio in Los Angeles; their first LP since the passing of bassist, Gerard Smith, in 2011.
