Man, we love the ’90s. Not a week (or day, for that matter) goes by when we don’t go back to the era and play some of our all time favorite songs. Shit, look how much we show to OS Flashback around these parts. It’s just something we do on the regular.
That’s why whenever we watch VH1, it’s good to see the documentaries they put out (ie. Hip-Hop & the L.A. Riots, YO! MTV Raps) or the countdowns they do. Just recently, they payed homage to the Top 40 greatest R&B songs of the ’90s and we couldn’t help but to enjoy all the tracks. Everyone from Mary J. Blige, R. Kelly, Boyz II Men, Bobby Brown, Keith Sweat, Ginuwine, Aaliyah, Jodeci, Blackstreet —WHO WASN’T ON THIS LIST.
