While we’re still admiring his performance alongside Damon Albarn at Governors Ball, Vic Mensa continues 2014 as an XXL Freshmen by releasing new music. On this occasion, Vic relies on production from Michael Uzowuru for a thumping track titled “Major Payne,” which maintains the club-esque energy of “Down On My Luck.” The Chicago emcee will be releasing his Street Lights EP later this year.
