Waka Flocka made some waves thanks to his upcoming single “Was My Dawg,” with fans everywhere assuming he was talking about his old boy Gucci Mane. During a visit to BBC Radio 1Xtra, Flockaveli cleared up those assumptions saying it does not really concern Gucci, but it’s more of a record based off real life.
He also spoke about how Bricksquad changed the game (and how it will no longer be), took shots at La Flare saying he’s a studio gangster and the fact that they haven’t been cool since 2012. He also touched on their studio altercation and asked why Gucci hasn’t shot a video in East Atlanta since he got out of prison.
Basically, he’s saying Guwop isn’t hard and needs to stop faking the funk.
