Yesterday, Waka Flocka announced that he would be dropping a mixtape this month, presumably with some help from frequent collaborator Southside of 808 Mafia. If you don’t remember, Southside produced a majority of Waka’s last tape Flockaveli 1.5, so most of us expected this tape to be more of the same. However, he just released a track that may or may not be from the effort, but instead of the producer being on the beat, the opening verse is one from Young Sizzle, which is the alias that he raps under.
Sizzle has been testing the waters as a rapper for sometime now, and his mixtape Free Agent 3 was the latest step in his direction as a rapper/producer. At this point we’re still not sure if the tape will feature Southside behind the boards, or Siz rapping alongside Waka, but we’ll find out soon.
