Biopic coming soon. . .
Friday night, JAY-Z and Cam’ron officially ended their long-standing rivalry, as the two performed together at B-Sides 2. With Jim Jones joining Roc Nation last year, chatter is starting to begin again behind-the-scenes regarding the official Roc-a-Fella biopic film.
Back in February, Kareem ‘Biggs’ Burke formally announced the project, breaking down that it’ll have separate stories of himself, Hov and Damon Dash. Over the past few months, Dame has been trying to make peace with Jimmy Jones and Biggs, whom both he publicly apologized to.
With Jay offering an olive branch to Killa, we’re hearing it won’t be the last time we see the two working together. This will lead to a chain reaction of reunions in the immediate future, including Dame eventually being welcomed back to the inner-circle with his day-one friends.
However, the biggest icebreaker of the situation, would be getting Kanye West involved with the project. Considering Yeezy still hasn’t formally worked with Jay in the public (not his decision) after he called out Beyoncé in 2016, we’re hopeful that situation can get resolved.
