Later this year, Arcade Fire member Will Butler will finally release his debut solo album, Policy. The musician has unveiled a new video from the project, “Anna,” which showcases him strutting his moves in the darkness, along with illustrated instruments and lyrics. Taking a page out of Thom Yorke’s book, Will Butler is the latest awkward dancer from a major band. Pre-order the LP on iTunes, out on March 10th via Merge Records.
