We might not ever know when Wiz Khalifa would have dropped this mixtape prior, because thanks to a short jail stint in Texas, 28 Grams was delayed. Thanks to the TSA in TX, Wiz was arrested and charged for possession of .5 grams of weed, but he’s out now and has gifted fans with 28 tracks of new music for the Memorial Day weekend. The DJ Drama-hosted mixtape is the latest free project we’ve seen from him since Cabin Fever 2, which he released in October of 2012.
