The Merseyside derby is always a massive fixture in the Premier League season. With Liverpool seemingly walking away with the win, courtesy of an earlier goal from Gerrard, Jagielka took a gamble by shooting from well outside the area, beating a flying Mignolet at his far post. With the clock already in added time, Everton ended up earning a point at the final whistle.
