For the 2nd time in 3 years the Cleveland Cavaliers have won the NBA Draft Lottery. Coming into the night they had the 3rd best odds of taking home the top honor. With the number 1 overall selection they will be able to build around a good young nucleus that is centered around Kyrie Irving. Selecting 2nd will be the Orlando Magic, who had the best shot of winning the spot based on percentages. The Washington Wizards were the real surprise of the night moving into the top 3.
