Jaelen Strong, Arizona State
Jaelen Strong is one of the premier wide receivers in this year’s class, and that’s mainly due to his ability as a strong-handed receiver who can go up and grab the ball at it’s highest point.
He’s a physical receiver that had some concerns about his speed leading up to the combine, but he softened any critiques with his eye-catching 4.44 time in the 40-yard dash. He had a 42-inch vertical leap, which was one of the highest marks that any receiver tallied at the combine.
Strong is definitely a bit raw, but with the right coaches and the right system, he’ll be a stud for sure.
