Zack Wagenmann (OLB/DE, Montana)
Zack Wagenmann is a small-school prospect who could turn out to be the steal of the draft. The Montana product tallied 74 tackles, 22.5 TFLs and 17.5 sacks in 2014 alone, winning his conference’s defensive player of the year award as a result.
His technique is top-notch, and has a high motor that drives him to go all out on every play. Wagenmann seems to only get better as games wear on, which is a rare trait in this year’s class of pass rushers.
Even against the run Wagenmann plays a stiff game, making him a very well-rounded player who should easily find a home in this year’s draft.
