Oklahoma City Thunder get: Randy Foye
Denver Nuggets get: Steve Novak, D.J. Augustin, two second-round draft picks
The Oklahoma City Thunder are desperately looking for scorers outside of Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook. With Durant’s free agency expected this summer and Westbrook soon to follow in 2017, OKC hasn’t attracted any major players in the off-season to join their team.
The team managed to sign Enes Kanter to lengthy extension, but he hasn’t provided much of an impact on the offense end – much like Dion Waiters and Serge Ibaka. The former stand-out collegiate guard, Randy Foye now joins the superstar tandem in OKC, as they’ll look to see some kind of production when they’re not on the court in the final stretch of the year. The Denver Nuggets also get decent pickups in Steve Novak and D.J. Augustin, to add onto their large diverse roster of talent.
