Oklahoma City Thunder superstar, Kevin Durant has been having his best professional season in the NBA to date. James Brown of CBS/SHOWTIME sports was granted an exclusive interview for 60 Minutes Sports with the small forward. The interview piloted with comments made over the summer, which Durant said he’s tired of being number two.
From being Maryland’s 2nd top prospect, drafted no. 2 overall behind Greg Oden in the 2008 season and finishing behind LeBron James three seasons for MVP voting (including the NBA Finals); he’s setting himself apart from the field this year. James Brown gets insight of his early life decision to take basketball more serious, reasoning for choosing Texas to play college basketball and bringing a title to the small-market of Oklahoma City.
